I had been trying to get in touch with the property for weeks without success. Upon arriving in Seattle, I decided to visit in person, hoping for the chance to tour the space. To my surprise, the building is now under new management! Kyle, the property manager, graciously gave me a tour and even recommended a few great spots for lunch. The views from the rooftop are AMAZING!

Michael is the man! Super friendly, and any time we have an issue he immediately addresses it. He has fixed all of our problems in a very prompt manner and continues to go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Lived here over 10 years (because who can buy in this economy) - love the smaller community, that they always have a great team working here, and love the location and building. It's why I stayed so long. The team responds very promptly to requests for service or information. It's not perfect, like any place, and issues that come up are communicated and addressed quickly. Plus there are great dogs.

The location can't be beat. You get the convenience of being downtown, but this location is much quieter than some other choices. If you like to walk, this is a terrific place. I walk to work each day. You are minutes from Pike Place Market. The pier is right across the street, providing miles of fantastic scenery with the Olympic Sculpture park in one direction, to the ferries in the other direction. My apartment is quiet as I have great neighbors. I've worked almost exclusively with Rolo, and he is super friendly and responsive.

I recently moved in about 2 months ago and have had a great experience so far. I love the location, great views and the majority of the neighbors I’ve interacted with have been really cool. I have noticed car break ins as mentioned in some other reviews, but realistically I don’t think it’s due to a lack of security but more so a lack of awareness on the part of people living here. There have been times where the front door has been propped open as people are moving but they’re nowhere in sight, which renders the security measures useless and easily allows access to vehicles on level P2. The elevators and the gym could be cleaned more frequently but no major complaints outside of that.

We recently moved to 2300 Elliott and had a great experience. Lots of pros, the rooms are spacious, location is awesome, quite close to the elliott bay, great balconies, building is always well-cleaned and well-maintained, rooftop offers great view, the staff Rolo and De both are very helpful and quickly resolve our concerns. Service requests are addressed promptly. Equity portal is also a handy app for availing other services. Some cons are that the lobby should have a coffee bar and a TV monitor or speaker playing songs if possible. Also, the Gym is small and crowded by machines, also has short ceiling height so there's hardly any room to do Body weight exercises. The courtyard is hardly used, and is mostly empty since the weather is cold for 8 months anyway, they should ideally add that space to they Gym to extend it to allow more people and space for stuff like Yoga. Gym should have yoga mats, skipping ropes, wet wipes. Also, have heard the garage going through some break-ins, but we do not have vehicles so weren't affected in that regard. But the cons aren't that big a concern judging by the pros. Overall a great building.

The place is great for the price at which it is offered at. This is the best experiences with both the stay and the management at the Apartment complexes I have stayed in past few years!

I’ve lived here for a year now, and overall, I’m fairly happy with being at 2300 Elliott Apartments, though there are some things that aren’t so great. Starting with the positives: 1. At the time we were looking for apartments, we were wanting to live in Belltown for the convenience of our jobs. Belltown isn’t the cheapest, but for the area, 2300 had the lowest rent. It does have an “old” feel to the apartment, but the apartments are fairly spacious and have pretty good storage. We also came from another Equity property, to moving over to this property was very easy. 2. The staff and maintenance are very friendly. Every time I pass by them, we always exchange hellos. If I have a question, I can easily send an email and get a response fairly quickly. Whenever we need service in our apartment, it’s usually handled within 24 hours. 3. The rooftop view is beautiful. On a nice, sunny day, you can overlook the sound and bask in the sun. There’s also a grill if you wanted to have a BBQ or cook dinner there. Some negatives: 1. We face the courtyard, which unfortunately, sound travels very easily in. If you have your windows open and other neighbors do as well, you’re probably going to hear them. During the summer when people have parties on the rooftop, you’ll probably hear them. Honestly, not the biggest deal to me, but I can understand it bothering others (especially if it’s later in the night). 2. The gym is very small. And the equipment is a bit outdated (except for one of the treadmills they just updated). For a tiny space, I do commend the equipment they have available (leg press, leg extension/curl, free weights, cable machine, some cardio). But, if when 3-4 people are in the gym, it gets cramped easily. 3. The elevators are pretty slow. They just made updates to them (which was really inconvenient for two months when only one was working at a time), but they’re still really slow. If you’re only going a few floors, taking the stairs is much faster. 4. Parking is expensive. But also if you’re parking in the garage where the entrance is on Bell St., the entry is very steep and your car could scrap the bottom at the wrong angle. I’m not sure why it’s paved that way, but it makes it difficult to get into and out of the garage sometimes. Overall, I’m fairly content with living here and don’t have any major complaints. Most people you meet in the elevators are friendly and there are a lot of great dogs as well.

We leased sight unseen, and they made it easy and comfortable. We have one of the non-renovated homes and, while I don't prefer carpet, the apartment suits us well and looks nice. All of our appliances are white but look really new. We have an amazing view of the sound, our balcony is a good size. Two people, two dogs in a 1 bed is comfortable. Garage parking is secure and there are plenty of spaces. I do wish they had a more pet-friendly environment, like some green space on the roof or something. Views are great and the location is perfect.
