The location can't be beat. You get the convenience of being downtown, but this location is much quieter than some other choices. If you like to walk, this is a terrific place. I walk to work each day. You are minutes from Pike Place Market. The pier is right across the street, providing miles of fantastic scenery with the Olympic Sculpture park in one direction, to the ferries in the other direction. My apartment is quiet as I have great neighbors. I've worked almost exclusively with Rolo, and he is super friendly and responsive.

Renting this place from the past 2 years. It has been a wonderful experience. The management team made sure the tenants had a healthy and safe atmosphere in the community throughout the pandemic. The maintenance team is very helpful and responded quickly for the reported issues.

I have spent a year here. The experience was amazing. The staff and the community manager here are very supportive to hear any concern you may have and get it sorted at the earliest. The place is great for the price at which it is offered at. This is the best experiences with both the stay and the management at the Apartment complexes I have stayed in past few years!

Chris, the community manager, is the best!! Super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend living here. The building is clean, apartments are spacious, views are amazing, and a great location.

Living here has been an incredible experience. The apartments are spacious and well lit. Views from the balcony of bay facing apartments on the higher floors as well as from the rooftop are simply beautiful. In addition, Chris and the team are very cooperative and helpful.
