I have spent a year here. The experience was amazing. The staff and the community manager here are very supportive to hear any concern you may have and get it sorted at the earliest. The place is great for the price at which it is offered at. This is the best experiences with both the stay and the management at the Apartment complexes I have stayed in past few years!

Chris, the community manager, is the best!! Super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend living here. The building is clean, apartments are spacious, views are amazing, and a great location.

Living here has been an incredible experience. The apartments are spacious and well lit. Views from the balcony of bay facing apartments on the higher floors as well as from the rooftop are simply beautiful. In addition, Chris and the team are very cooperative and helpful.

Has been a great place to live since I moved to Seattle. The staff have been available to assist me and answer any questions I have had. Excellent location within walking distance to entertainment and dining options. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an apartment. Thank you!
